We need to announce you an important information.
Some of ICO participants have not yet passed KYC procedure.
And we have collected for you the main problems and requirements:
- The image should be in PNG format;
- The size is 400kb to 4Mb;
- Citizenship in your ICO account should match the one in your document;
- The scan should be clearly visible with enough lighting;
- Do not make a selfie photo, we need only the scan or photo of your document;
- If your document has information on the backside the file must contain both sides.
Please note, that if the automatic verification fails, your application will be sent to a manual check which can take up to two weeks. In this case please do not re-upload the docs or the verification process will start again.
